Salary £18-20K
Based: Harpenden
We are looking for someone with at least 6 months office-based experience with excellent customer service and administration skills.
Our client is a leading provider of employment background screening services for companies based in the UK and globally. With continuing success, they are looking for an additional full time Screening Administrator to assist with the screening process and ensure that all specialist checks are correctly processed and delivered within the agreed time-scales whilst maintaining a high level of service.
This will be an excellent and very rewarding opportunity to join a diverse and vibrant team.
Tasks and responsibilities will be:
*Good customer service experience is essential with a polite and professional telephone manner.
*Converting candidate files and cross-checking candidate information against CV
*Obtaining employment references verbally and by email from companies in the UK and Overseas.
*Meeting candidate conversion volumes and deadlines set by management.
*Completing conversions both in the UK and Globally
*Excellent communication skills as you will be working closely with an account manager to meet client deadlines.
*Liaising with candidates, client and referees both verbally and written communication
*Data analysis and research
*Developing best practices
*Ensure that the service is delivered to SLA and required quality standards.
*General administration duties
Essential requirements:
*Excellent analytical skills - the ability to review a completed screening form and identify gaps, trends and issues in the information provided by candidates.
*Excellent English skills, both spoken and written.
*Confident, professional and tactful phone manner.
*Excellent attention to detail and the ability to record information quickly and accurately.
*Excellent organisation and interpersonal skills
*Well organised and efficient person who follows instructions well.
*Computer literate with strong MS office skills, Outlook and Internet Explorer combined with fast keyboard skills.
*At least 6 months customer service experience
