Looking for a Service desk advisor.
This is a customer facing role so a customer centric outlook is paramount, you will be dealing with customers face to face and vie telephone and email.
Experience of working in a franchised dealership is advantageous as is experience of using the kerridge system.
You will be responsible for:
Agreeing work via job card and get signed authority
Keeping in contact with the customer during the day
Upselling additional products if required
Invoicing costs and taking payment
Working with other team mates and reporting to the Service mange, you must be a team player but also be able to work on your own initiative.
You will need to hold a full uk driving licence preferably clean and with no previous bans.
Salary will be circa £18000 depending on experience with bonus and overtime available
