JOB TITLE: Facilities Manager - in Education
Our Northamptonshire based client is a well established Secondary School with c.1500 pupils with a great reputation and rated "outstanding" by OFSTED. They have achieved this by continually investing in infrastructure and technology within their site and, importantly, having a well-trained and motivated workforce.
The successful Facilities Manager will assume a strategic leadership role and be responsible for the management and operation of premises related functions including: buildings, grounds maintenance, security and contractors. Areas of responsibility will include:
* Management of a team
* Facilities Management
* Repairs/Maintenance supervision
* Health & Safety
* Utilities Management
* Project & Contract control
Our client is looking for a Facilities Manager possessing the following skills and attributes.
* NEBOSH Qualification
* Facilities Management experience
* Project and contract management skills
* Management background
SALARY: £38,000 -£41500 + Local Government Pension Scheme (School contributes 19%)
