JOB TITLE: Field Sales
SALARY: £30,000 basic (£60,000 GUARENTEE for first year. OTE £90,000 uncapped)

Our client is a very well-established provider of Health and Safety and HR outsourcing services to thousands of businesses all over the UK. They are currently looking for an experienced Field Sales Manager to oversee field sales agents in the north of the country.
The successful Field Sales Executive will be required to do the following:
*Attend sales appointments booked by your Telemarketing partner.
*Working with the Head of Seminars to generate a quarterly seminar plan to maximise sales opportunities.
*Generating and attending meetings with potential introducers and referral partners.
*Self-generating new leads, appointments and referrals through day to day new business activity.
*Achieve quarterly sales targets.
*Accurately build, manage and maintain your sales pipeline.
*Thrive on working in a fast paced, target focussed high energy and high reward culture.
*You are guaranteed to be paid £60,000 in your first year.
Our client is looking for strong Field Sales Consultants with the following experience and attributes:
*At least two years of a successful track record selling in a B2B field sales environment.
*Understand a consultative sales process.
*Confident in value-based selling.
*To have the ability to sell to different audiences including business owners, board of directors and HR Managers.
*Excellent communication skills and highly organised.
