Field Service Engineer required for a well established and expanding service provider who can offer the opportunity to join a reputable company. This is a great opportunity to join a company who can offer both internal and out of house manufacturer specific training whilst still offering a great work life balance with flexible working hours.
To apply for this role, you will have an appreciation for electrical engineering but can come from any industry background. You will need to understand relay logic and have worked with 4-20mA and mV systems. You will ideally have experience with gas detection systems but this role would suit candidates with any experience with instrumentation, temperature or flow measurement.
The successful Field Service Engineer will be responsible for servicing both fixed and portable gas detection equipment. You will be responsible for ensuring all equipment is available prior to service visits and that all paper work is complete prior to this.
You will typically cover a one to two hour radius and will communicate with the Service Coordinator on scheduled works, however you will be largely responsibility for managing your own diary and enjoying the flexibility that comes with this.

The Field Service Engineer role:
* Servicing a range of mainly fixed and some portable gas detection equipment
* Role is covering South West of London (1 - 2 hour radius)
* As business needs it may be necessary to travel outside of area to cover sickness, holidays or support larger projects
