Role & Responsibilities:

* Perform thorough financial planning and analysis to support the company's strategic decisions.
* Act as a finance business partner to different department heads, providing valuable financial insights that influence operational initiatives.
* Develop financial models and conduct benchmarking and process analysis.
* Coordinate with various stakeholders to compile and review financial information.
* Prepare detailed monthly and annual financial reports.
* Suggest and implement improvements in existing processes to enhance financial performance.
