Role: Finance Assistant
Salary: 25k - 30K plus benefits depending on experience and qualifications.

Sole ownership of the weekly and monthly accounting processes e.g. sending and receiving invoices, credit controlling, managing supplier price lists, sending monthly customer statements
Engaging with technology to creates efficiencies and simplifies processes
Working closely with our delivery team on reporting on the ongoing profitability on client projects and supporting the sales team with pricing sales quotations.
Sole ownership of all the daily, weekly and monthly finance tasks, working closely with the directors in producing and reviewing the month end accounts.
Bank, debtor and creditor reconciliation tasks
Assistance in calculating and submitting the VAT return and producing the month/year end accounts
Daily monitoring and clearing of the finance inbox
Become a super user of our accounting software with the option to gain the Microsoft Certification
Skills and experience:
Experience of using a finance system and other Microsoft software.
Have or working towards an accounting qualification or have a finance related degree.
Minimum of 3 years' experience working within a finance role or finance and administration role
Excellent communicator; able to engage with people at all levels of an organisation and build productive relationships.
Time management; know how to prioritise your workload and complete tasks within given deadlines

2.)Virtual Video Assessments: 1.5 hours max - Accounting test (40 mins), IT ability (20 mins) and General numeric assessment (20 mins)
3.)Interview in Office: 1 hours - Meet senior team, further questions on accounts skills and company fit. Opportunity for candidate to ask questions.
