Finance Business Partner
I am pleased to be partnering exclusively with a valued client of ours to recruit for a Finance Business Partner. The business is a market leader in their chosen industry with fantastic growth plans in place, this is an exciting opportunity to join this well-respected business as the sole Finance individual on site to assist key stakeholders in robust decision making.
Responsibilities;
*The preparation of weekly and monthly management accounts and other management information covering the divisions profitability and margin analysis by customer and product.
*Partnering with key stakeholders to identify and provide information which will aid robust decision making.
*Timely preparation and analysis of annual budgets and periodic forecasts to include P&L, cashflow and balance sheet.
*Production of new product costings and tenders which are robust, transparent and agreed by all relevant stakeholders.
*Ensuring Capex tracker is maintained and Capex forecasts are up to date and accurate.
*Uploading gross margin and overhead budgets / periodic forecasts into the ERP system.
*Providing cover for other divisions weekly flash reporting and other management reporting where required.
*Working with other Finance Business Partners in order to ensure consistency and best practice is adopted across the group, sharing of ideas and initiatives.
*Providing supporting data to central finance to assist with group cash and forex forecasting.
*Ensuring balance sheet recs are produced timely and with relevant backup.
*Responsible for all aspects of the financial accuracy and controls within the ERP system ledger and be Audit ready at all times.
*Assisting with annual Audit queries.
The ideal individual will have experience within the FMCG sector, with cash forecasting and risk management experience highly desirable.
Requirements;
*Experience in a similar finance position.
*Ability to prepare and analyse management Accounts
*Understanding of balance sheet reconciliations and identify risks on the ledger.
*ACCA/ CIMA/ ACA qualified, although part qualified individuals with the relevant experience will also be considered.
*Excellent IT skills, specifically Excel.
*Ability to communicate financial information to non-finance key stakeholders.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced management accountant to take the next step in their career. As the sole individual for the Finance Department on site you will need to be able to communicate effectively to assist management teams with key business objectives.
