Role & Responsibilities

* Lead and execute transformation initiatives within the Finance department
* Design and implement innovative financial control frameworks that are tailored to strategic business needs.
* Facilitate deep-dive analysis into financial processes to identify and address areas for improvement.
* Maintain close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of new control processes.
* Prepare comprehensive reports on the progress and effectiveness of transformation projects to senior management.

Key Skills

Essential -

* Insurance Experience (Industry or Consultancy)
* Financial Control (SOx or Non-SOx)
* Accountancy Qualified (P/Q would still be considered)

Desirable -

* Worked on a Finance Transformation Project previously
