Role & Responsibilities:

* Ensure compliance with Solvency II reporting requirements, optimizing financial procedures and strategies to align with regulatory frameworks.
* Manage and oversee the financial transactions and contractual obligations related to reinsurance agreements.
* Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate comprehensive audits and confirm financial status and practices.
* Develop and implement robust financial controls and systems to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency.
* Provide strategic insights and forecasts based on financial trends and reinsurance market dynamics.
