Work Wales are currently working with a established local landscape management client to recruit a Helpdesk Administrator to join their existing team.

The Role

* Provide a customer focused service through a variety of channels including calls, emails, and online
* Provide and collect information relating to customer contacts from the corporate estate
* Request services
* Process information
* Liaise with internal stakeholders
* Logg maintenance calls
* Update customers with progress reports

This is a hybrid working role, and the successful candidate will be required to work both from home and in the client offices in Llanelli.

Key Information

* Monday - Friday
* 40 hours per week
* £9.50 p/hour
* Immediate start
