(Fixed Term Contract max 9 months, potential for temp to perm)


£25,000 to £26,000 Full time + 23 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + Pension

Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm (Flexible working available).

HR Administrator required for a market leading specialist manufacturer. The company is continuously growing, this is a great opportunity to be part of an expanding business. 

The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for direct employees and manage temp-to-perm hires.

The HR Administrator Role:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for direct employees and overseeing temp-to-perm hires.
  • Providing responses to frequently asked questions from applicants and employees regarding standard policies, benefits, and hiring processes.
  • Conducting periodic audits of HR systems and records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintaining up-to-date human resource systems, including SAP, Job Platforms, and other required platforms.
  • Assisting with new hire orientation and interview scheduling, as well as providing support to hiring managers.
  • Handling employee requests such as maternity/paternity leave requests.
  • Conducting or assisting with administrative tasks such as preparing job offers, contracts of employment, and other company correspondence.
  • Supporting the planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrolment and employee recognition events.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.

The Successful HR Administrator:

  •  You will have previous experience within an HR admin, coordinator, or similar function.
