HR Business Partner - Wrexham

Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 depending on experience (OTE of £70k+)

Location: Wrexham, Wales

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, Some flexibility on exact hours, and hybrid (from home) working two days a week encouraged

The Company:

We are delighted to be representing this leader within the food manufacturing industry, based local to Northampton. This exciting business is looking to add an integral member to the team, a HR Business Partner to head up the HR division for the site. This will be an exciting position well-suited to someone who is confident with all HR disciplines and who has a strategic approach.

Accountabilities of the HR Business Partner include:

* First point of contact for all general HR queries from responsible departments
* Managing the HR team
* Take a proactive approach to the recruitment and onboarding processes for various departments across the business
* To provide support to training/L&D as required
* Employee relations as appropriate - EAP, benefits and retention, disciplinaries, grievances, etc
* Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
* Ensure all policies are updated in line with current legislation, update Staff Handbook as required and distribute
* Support wider group as appropriate with strategic input

To be considered for the position:

* You will be a passionate and professional HR Manager or HR Business Partner
* You will have experience of working within the food manufacturing/ fresh food or FMCG industry
* You will ideally be CIPD Level 5 accredited or working towards it
* You will have generalist experience including key areas of HR such as - ER, recruitment, employee development and retention, payroll, L&D, etc.
* You will be strategic in nature and comfortable in putting HR processes in place
