HR Business Partner
6 Month Fixed Term Contract

Our client is a market leader within the Automotive industry and requires a focused and resilient HR Generalist to join their fast paced, dynamic HR team based in Milton Keynes on a 6 month maternity cover contract.
Reporting to the HR General Manager, this HR Business Partner will be liaising with the senior leadership team to achieve business goals and ensure that the day-to-day operational practices through the employee life cycle are carried out.
This is a true generalist role and as such will cover all aspects or HR including:
*Supporting managers with the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, and update and provide the Employee Induction Programme.
*Coordinating and delivering adhoc training across all levels on HR best practice
*Managing disciplinaries and grievances, absence management, health management referrals, probation and appraisal reviews ensuring they are in line with both the company policies and related legislation.
*Support finance with Payroll updates, pension duties and the annual bonus calculations.
*Responsibility for the HR system and records, ensuring data is accurate and up to date and becoming the HR Super User for HR liaising directly with IRIS for system issues and enhancements.
*Maintaining an accurate staff IRIS system, uploading to documents as needed.
*Manage projects for business change with responsibility for any necessary consultation, ensuring it is carried out meaningfully and in line with legislation.
*Advising, coaching, and supporting all levels of managers to support policy compliance, drive performance and capability improvement within their teams.
*Be an advocate for equality and diversity ensuring equal access to training and equality of outcomes.
*Coordinate and manage the maternity/paternity/SPL processes including notifications, risk assessments, correspondence, and KIT days.
The successful applicant will have
Minimum of 5 years operational experience delivering Generalist HR
CIPD Level 5 qualification
Knowledge of training and development and training needs analysis
Understanding and experience of a variety of business disciplines
Experience of supplier management against SLA's
Evidence of continuous professional development
