HR Officer

Are you an experienced HR Officer looking for a hands-on HR role in the Luton area?

This varied role working either full time Monday - Friday or part time Monday - Thursday (one day working from home per week).

The HR Officer role is available on a 12 month fixed term basis, with the opportunity for this to become permanent or be extended.

You will be dealing with all sides of HR within the Education sector including:

* On-boarding
* Return to work
* HR Meetings
* Absences
* Sickness
* Disciplinary
* Recruitment

The Person:

* We are looking for someone that has the experience to hit the ground running dealing with all of the above.
* The ability to prioritise and manage your time will be key.
* Any experience within the Education sector will be beneficial but is not essential.
* A team player and excellent communicator.
