Internal Recruitment Consultant
Salary: Competitive

Reporting directly to the Head of talent; the successful Internal Recruiter will be responsible for ensuring the management of our growth targets and ensuring the delivery of exceedingly high calibre candidates to different areas of the business.

The successful candidate will take ownership of the whole recruitment lifecycle, from elicitation of the vacancy to congratulating the successful candidate on their offer and acceptance of a role within the business.

* Advertising vacancies by writing and placing adverts on a range of platforms such as job boards and social media i.e. LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram
* Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work
* Use of ATS to track data and talent pipeline
* Working across the business on a wide variety of vacancies. This will cover Business Development Consultants who work in our outbound sales teams to HR advisors who provide our world class support service, to Fire and Electrical engineers and everything in between.
* Sift through candidate applications, review and create shortlists
* Qualify / interview candidates over the phone
* Manage interviews
* Sell the amazing opportunities to both experienced and graduate candidates
* Freedom to be creative in the ways we recruit
