Job Title: Internal Sales Executive - Qualified appointment setting
SALARY: £24,000 basic (£30,000 + OTE - Uncapped) + separate bonus and Private Health Care
MUST HAVES: Experience of qualifying and making appointments that lead to sales.
Our client specialises in supplying retail shop fittings to high street retailers and multinational brands either directly or via trade customers. They also have an extended capacity from China-based teams assisting UK for engineering, estimation, project management and logistics.
The salesperson will be required to:
*Create new sales leads by research, direct call, social media, emailing, conference call.
*Calling managers, directors, project managers and buyers to arrange face to face meetings for the Field Sales team.
*Manage day-2-day new business development activities in CRM.
*Make appointment with qualified prospects at senior levels.
*Qualify and process inbound enquiries.
*Assist in quotation, following up of quotes.
*Build rapport with longer term prospects and build up a sales pipeline.
*Coordinate the sale process internally - including proposal, estimating and presentations.
Our client is looking for a strong Internal Sales Consultant with the following skills and experience:
*Previous experience in a similar internal B2B sales role.
*Used to a sales environment.
*Good research competency, telephone manner, social communicating skills
*Able to handle multiple tasks with good sense of prioritisation
*Have a consultative approach to progressing and closing sales
*Have a confident, professional, and mature telephone manner
