Company leading consultancy client is looking for a strong IT Support Lead to own the Service Delivery, IT Support, AV and Networking solutions across the UK, Ireland and Emerging Markets.
Key Skills Needed:
* Previous experience in managing an IT Support Team
* Previous experience in being responsible for escalations at a third line level
* Strong stakeholder management skills to communicate effectively with different areas of the business
* Strong customer service skills
