Junior Quantity Surveyor / Estimator

Birmingham | £30,000 - £40,000 + Package

A well-established Birmingham-based construction contractor is looking to appoint a Junior Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to support its commercial and pre-construction team.

The business delivers a wide range of commercial and residential construction projects, including new builds, refurbishments and bespoke developments across the West Midlands. This role offers exposure to both estimating and cost management, working closely with experienced commercial professionals.

Key Duties:

Assisting with take-offs, pricing and tender submissions
*

Supporting cost control, budgets and valuations on live projects
*

Assisting with subcontractor enquiries, comparisons and procurement
*

Helping manage variations and cost reporting

Requirements:

*

1-3 years' experience in a QS, Assistant QS or Estimating role
*

Construction qualification preferred (QS / Commercial Management)
*

Strong numerical and Excel skills
*

Keen to learn and progress within a growing business
