On behalf of our esteemed client, a frontrunner in the Legal industry, we are searching for a proficient and insightful Senior Analyst specialized in Digital Legal Delivery to enrich their Change Management team. This is a permanent job opportunity based at their London office.

Role and Responsibilities

* Evaluate and enhance digital delivery frameworks within the legal sector.
* Lead initiatives for digital transformation and front office changes conducive to the industry's dynamics.
* Collaborate closely with Information Technology teams to spearhead and implement IT change projects.
* Identify process bottlenecks and implement strategic solutions in a timely manner.
* Perform thorough research and analysis to support project goals and business decisions



Qualifications & Experience

* Proven experience in high-performance teams delivering successful outcomes in complex environments
* Minimum 4 years post-degree experience in legal or professional services
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset
* Excellent communication skills across diverse stakeholder groups
* High adaptability to changing project requirements and environments
* Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects
