We are looking for a Logistics Project Manager to lead up projects across logistics, manufacturing, & warehousing, with an exciting, Successful and award winning organisation based in Northamptonshire. You will be working within a diverse project team, to deliver innovative solutions across all of the client base, working with some of the world's leading retailers. Some of your key responsibilities are listed below:

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the planning & implementation of projects
* Work closely with both Operations & IT
* Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals & deliverables
* Define project tasks & resource requirements
* Support the scheduling & allocation of project resource
* Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
* Project quality assurance
* Constantly monitor & report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
* Present reports defining project progress, issues/risks & solutions
* Implement & manage project changes & interventions to achieve project outputs
* Project evaluations & assessment of results

Skills & Experience:

* Experience of managing multiple projects concurrently
* Experience in delivery of business change projects in a fluid, fast-paced environment
* Experience of delivering projects with IT & Operational dependencies
* Strong experience in managing budgets & resource allocation
* Excellent communication skills & presentation skills
* Excellent negotiation & influencing skills
* Exposure to working within an agile delivery model.
* Usage of reporting tools.

Must be within commutable distance of Northampton for a hybrid working approach.
