3 shift cycle:
Week One: Monday, Tuesday 07:00 to 19:00 and Thursday 19:00 to 07:00 (2 Days, 1 night)
Week Two: Monday to Wednesday 19:00 to 07:00 (3 Nights)
Week Three: Wednesday to Friday 07:00 to 19:00 (3 Days)
Maintenance Engineer available for an international manufacturer. The company are a world leader in their field and offer fantastic training and development.
The Maintenance Engineer role will suit an electrically biased engineer from a manufacturing background. Those who have worked within the FMCG industry such as print and packaging are encouraged to apply for the role. You will need to be confident with 3 phase electrical maintenance. Formal courses/training can be provided for candidates who do not hold an electrical qualification.
The Maintenance Engineer role will involve electrical and mechanical maintenance of various production machinery including printing, converting, cutting, and gluing machinery. You will work on 3 phase electrics, motors, drives, controllers, gears, conveyors, PLC (fault finding). You will work in a small team and will work independently and as part of a team. You will work on a mixture of PPM’s and reactive maintenance and you will have optional overtime on weekend paid at premium rates.
The Maintenance Engineer Role:
* Mechanical and electrical maintenance of production machinery
* PPM’s and reactive maintenance
* Days and nights on a 3-shift cycle with overtime available on weekends
