Maintenance Engineer Supervisor required for an award-winning food manufacturer that operates on a global scale. This is an exciting opportunity for multi skilled or electrically biased maintenance engineer to join an established company which can offer job security and training opportunities. This an ideal opportunity for an experienced supervisor or lead engineer looking to play an integral role within a days-based position.

Candidates will need experience working in a maintenance role and will be either multi skilled or hold an electrical bias. Leadership experience is required for this position.

The successful maintenance engineer supervisor will report into the company’s Engineering Manager and will help oversee an engineering team of up to 6 engineers. The role will be predominantly hands on and will be responsible for carrying out maintenance activities on a range of automated production equipment, including both reactive and proactive maintenance. You will be working on 3 phase, single phase, bespoke robotics, pneumatics, and PLC fault finding.

The Maintenance Engineer Supervisor Role

· PPM and Reactive Maintenance on automated production equipment
· Help oversee an engineering team of six
· PLC fault finding
· Working with 3phase and single-phase electrics, robotics, pneumatic systems, conveyors etc.

The Maintenance Engineer Supervisor Candidate:

· Multiskilled or electrically biased
· Leadership experience
· Any automated manufacturing background
· Understanding of pneumatic and mechanical systems
