Maintenance Manager required for Global company who are market leaders in their industry. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead the department in a successful company who manufacture a wide range of products.
To apply for the Maintenance Manager role, you must have proven engineering managerial experience and must hold a HND qualification or equivalent in relevant engineering discipline. Due to the project work involved with the role there is a desire for the successful candidate to hold a project management qualification.
The Maintenance Manager will involve managing the engineering department of 25 staff and sub-contractors to ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with site systems, H&S legislation and regulatory requirements. You will be required to manage maintenance activity (CMMS) and deliver site engineering projects on time within agreed budgets. You will be required to manage the implementation of new plant and equipment and there will be an important drive to identify and implement cost saving opportunities across the site. In addition, you will also manage production and process engineering activities.
