Maintenance Engineer required for an award-winning food manufacturer that operates on a global scale. This is an exciting opportunity for a multi skilled or electrically biased maintenance engineer to join an established company which can offer job security and training opportunities.

Candidates will need experience working in a maintenance role and will be either multi skilled or hold an electrical bias. Experience working in the food industry would be advantageous but candidates with experience working in any automated manufacturing environment are encouraged to apply.

The successful maintenance engineer will be responsible for carrying out maintenance activities on a range of automated production equipment, including both reactive and proactive maintenance. You will be working on 3 phase, single phase, bespoke robotics, pneumatics, and PLC fault finding.

The Maintenance Engineer Role

· PPM and Reactive Maintenance on automated production equipment

· PLC fault finding

· Working with 3phase and single-phase electrics, robotics, pneumatic systems, conveyors etc.

· Night Shift

 
The Maintenance Engineer Candidate:

· Multiskilled or electrically biased

· Any automated manufacturing background – food preferable

· Understanding of pneumatic and mechanical systems
