JOB TITLE: Commercially focussed Managing Director

The COMPANY
Our Northamptonshire based client is one of the UK's leading independent expert specialising in the repair and servicing of electronic medical equipment/instrumentation. They have earned a deserved reputation for the quality of the service they provide. They have achieved this by continually investing in cutting edge technology within their facility and, importantly, having a well trained and motivated workforce.

The ROLE
Due to planned retirement they now require a Commercially focussed Managing Director to grow their already successful business. The minutia of the role will include;
* Taking commercial responsibility for growing service sales into the NHS
* Develop strategic strategy for growth
* Full P+L
* Nurture an effective management team
* Regular reporting to shareholders including budgets and forecasts

The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for strong Commercially focussed Managing Director. You must be able to demonstrate;
* Management background
* Experience of selling services into the NHS
* Excellent motivational & communication skills

SALARY: £Depending on Experience
PACKAGE: Car, Annual Bonus, Salary Sacrifice Pension Scheme, 25 Days Annual Holiday & 8 Bank Holidays, Life Assurance/Death In Service - 4 x Annual Salary, etc.
