Managing Quantity Surveyor

A high-end, design-led Construction Company are looking to add an experienced, ambitious Senior / Managing Quantity Surveyor to their Cobham office.

The successful Senior / Managing Quantity Surveyor will be joining the company at an exciting time, helping them with their next phase of growth.

Currently, they work on high-end residential refurbishments and new builds from £1.5m - £5m. Over the coming months, they are hoping to grow their company, turnover, and the size of the projects they work on.

As a result, they are looking to add a Managing QS to their team to help them achieve these ambitious goals.

The Senior / Managing Quantity Surveyor

The successful Surveyor will play a vital role in achieving these goals, implementing new procures as well as managing the surveying team and projects.

You are, perhaps, someone who feels they aren't reaching their full potential or someone with the desire to take on a more managerial role.

Experience:

* Experience working with a Main Contractor or Developer
* The desire to make a real impact on a small but growing company
* Experience working on residential or high-end residential projects

In Return?

The company are happy to discuss individual requirements and are flexible on the package they offer, but are looking at:

* £70,000 - £85,000
* Pension
* Car allowance
