Marketing Manager required for a fast-growing company who have continued to go from strength to strength over the past year. This is a great opportunity to play an integral part of a successful company’s further growth within a secure business.
To apply for this role you can come from any marketing management background that is focused on retail and/or B2C sales. You will have proven strategic and people management experience and will need to be commercially aware e.g., ensuring projects are commercially viable. You will also have at least a basic understanding of digital marketing platforms and SEO.
The successful Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing an internal team of three people to ensure KPI targets on retail turnover are hit and exceeded. You will oversee both NPD and digital communications, with NPD being a key focus of this role. You will support the design and buying teams on bringing new products to launch to help diversify the product range on offer which will involve strategically overseeing commercial viabilities such as production capacity, supply chain etc.
You will also work closely with digital agencies to manage the performance of the company’s SEO, website, PPC etc. to improve traffic and increase the average order value.
