Location: Buckinghamshire (Office-Based - Minimal Hybrid Considered for Exceptional Candidates)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Reporting To: Operations Manager / Director
Salary: Negotiable DOE + Fuel Card + Enhanced Holiday Scheme

I'm working on behalf of a leading M&E contractor based in Buckinghamshire, with a projected turnover exceeding £7 million for 2025. As their workload continues to grow, they're looking to appoint a capable M&E Quantity Surveyor to support project delivery across a range of commercial and residential schemes, with project values up to £8 million.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to make an impact in a dynamic business. While the role is primarily office-based, minimal hybrid working may be considered for outstanding candidates with proven experience.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Solid experience as an M&E Quantity Surveyor within commercial and/or residential sectors
*

Strong knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts
*

Excellent cost control, reporting, and subcontractor management skills
*

Confident communicator, both on-site and in the office
