Location: Essex (Fully Office-Based)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Salary: Up to £80,000 DOE + Benefits
Team Structure: Working in a team of 2-3 QSs, reporting to the Commercial Lead
Company Turnover: £8M+

We're working with a respected building services contractor based in Essex, known for delivering high-end, luxury, and super-prime residential projects, including both new build and complex refurbishments. With a current turnover of £8M and rising, they're looking to strengthen their commercial team with an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor.

This role offers the chance to work on ultra-high-spec projects in a focused and supportive environment. The successful candidate will be joining a compact commercial team of 2-3 Quantity Surveyors, reporting directly to a highly experienced Commercial Lead.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor with a strong contractor-side background
*

Demonstrable experience delivering high-end or residential projects
*

Strong understanding of procurement, contract management, valuations, and cost reporting
*

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely within a small team
*

Proactive and commercially astute, with a hands-on approach
