Mechanical Engineer (Maintenance and Installation) 

Norfolk – Travel to client sites throughout the UK 

£31,000 to £38,000 DOE + Overtime (1.5x, 1.75x Sundays – Up To £18,000 Voluntary Overtime Earnings) + 25 Days Holiday + Company Pension + Development Opportunities + Overnight Expenses 

39 Hours per Week (50-55 Hours with Overtime) 

Mechanical Engineer required for an industry leading specialist in engineering handling and processing equipment. This is great opportunity to join a reputable company with a loyal customer base due to continued growth.

This role would suit an experienced Mechanical Engineer with maintenance, service and/or installation experience within any industry background. This role would particularly suit candidates with experience in a heavy industry. Qualifications are not essential for this role. 

Joining an existing team of four, the successful Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for installing bespoke equipment at customer sites and supporting the company’s customers with their site maintenance. 

Most of the company’s customer sites are based in Norfolk, however, you can expect to travel throughout the UK in this role. Stay away is often required for 1-2 nights at a time with a maximum of 2 weeks at a time. 

The Mechanical Engineer Role:

· Installation of equipment at customer sites
· Supporting company customers with onsite maintenance
· Working in teams of 2-3
· Overnight stays
