Strong Group are currently working alongside a leading provider of multi-disciplinary solutions for complete refurbishment projects across Commercial, Industrial, Leisure, Retail, Public and Private sectors. They are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join their growing team.



The Mechanical Project Manager will be responsible for managing mechanical Cat A and Cat B commercial office fit-out project for clients in London and surrounding areas (within M25). In addition, the Mechanical Project Manager will be tasked wiith the control, cost management, and leadership of teams of both directly employed and subcontract engineers and additional support staff within the contracts department. An effective relationship with customers their professional teams, direct and subcontract staff is essential.



The Mechanical Project will need to have the following:

* Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills and a good team player.

* Project Management experience from inception through to site delivery and handover.

* Experience of managing projects up to £4M in value

* Be technically strong, client focused and proactive.
