Job Title: Mechanical Project Manager
Salary: Up to £65,000 + Company Van
Location: Dartford (Office) | Buckinghamshire (Main Project Site)

Overview:
Our client, a well-established mechanical contractor with over 20 years of experience in domestic and commercial plumbing and heating services, is looking to appoint a Mechanical Project Manager. This role will take the lead on a key NHS hospital project in Buckinghamshire, supported by the head office in Dartford.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the delivery of mechanical works on a live NHS hospital site
*

Coordinate plumbing and boiler/plant room installations
*

Oversee site teams and subcontractors, ensuring project milestones are met
*

Liaise with design, procurement, and commercial departments
*

Maintain site safety standards and ensure compliance with NHS protocols
*

Monitor project progress, budgets, and client communications

Requirements:

*

Strong background in mechanical building services, specifically plumbing and plant rooms
*

Experience managing healthcare/NHS projects (preferred)
*

SMSTS and relevant mechanical qualifications
*

Proven ability to manage large-scale mechanical packages from start to finish
*

Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between Dartford and Buckinghamshire
