The Role

As an MET Technician, you will be a key part of a professional bodyshop team, delivering right-first-time repairs to the highest safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

* Identify, record, and report additional damage during vehicle strip-down
* Accurately log all parts, materials, consumables, and labour used on each repair
* Minimise waste and ensure correct ordering of replacement parts
* Carry out repairs in line with best practice and manufacturer procedures
* Complete work within estimated repair times while meeting quality and safety standards
* Check and maintain tools, equipment, and workshop materials
* Seek clarification where job instructions are unclear or appear incorrect
* Support the Bodyshop Manager with additional tasks as required

What We're Looking For

* Proven experience as an MET Technician within an accident repair centre
* Relevant NVQ / ATA / IMI / SVQ qualifications preferred
* Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge
* High attention to detail and quality
* A professional, team-focused attitude
