JOB TITLE: New Homes Sales Negotiator
SALARY: £29,000 Monday to Friday
CONTRACT TYPE: One Year (strong possibility of extension to Dec 2022)
HOURS: Mon-Fri 9.00am-5.00pm
Our client is a provider of affordable retirement housing which is either rented, owned or in shared ownership. Our client manages over 20,000 properties and providing over 40,000 hours of social care each week.
This is a site-based post, working Monday to Friday - very little weekend work is required. The successful Sales negotiator candidate will be required to:
*To help sell apartments and bungalows for shared ownership and rentals to the retirement community.
*Receive calls from and arrange visits and viewings for potential purchasers.
*Act as personal contact to all potential purchasers.
*Assist and support buyers with their move.
*Presentations to potential buyers off-site and to attend promotional events.
Our client is looking for strong salespeople with the following experience:
*New Homes or traditional property sales.
*Excellent negotiating skills
*Confident and approachable
*Able to work alone and on own initiative
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Highly computer literate, with experience of Microsoft (including Excel)
*Knowledge of issues affecting older people
