JOB TITLE: New Homes Sales Negotiator
HOURS: Mon-Fri 9.00am-5.00pm
Our client is a very well-established not for profit Housing Association providing safe, secure and appropriate homes for their clients. The homes are purchased outright or with shared ownership.
The successful New Homes Sales negotiator candidate will be required to:
*Be the point of contact for purchasers and other professionals during the sales process.
*Manage the administration of the sales programme and individual property sales and maintain accurate records of all sales and marketing activities.
*Maintain an excellent working relationship with estate agents, solicitors and other organisations involved in the sales process.
*Deal with all applications, initial assessment, ensuring sales are maximised but maintain affordability in line with policy and procedures.
*Ensure websites and social media are kept up to date with marketing news and sales information.
*Assist with the launch of new schemes for marketing release and work alongside to measure the success of an initial marketing campaign.
*Liaise with solicitors, estate agents and customers regarding completion dates and processes.
*To work at a central location with travel to or work at the client's other offices, services, schemes, projects, housing, or development locations as dictated by the role.
*You may be required to work some evenings and occasional weekends.
*23 days each year plus 8 bank holidays and 1 additional concessionary day (normally the day after Boxing Day).
Our client is looking for strong salespeople with the following experience:
*New Homes or traditional property sales.
*Housing Association sales experience desirable, although not necessary.
*Working knowledge of the process of shared ownership sales.
*Excellent negotiating skills
*Confident and approachable
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Highly computer literate,
