On behalf of one of the UK's largest and independently owned house builders, a new office administrator is now needed to join the team in the Bedfordshire office.
You'll become an integral part of the team dealing with all admin and customer service tasks, at the forefront of the company.
Primarily based in Cheshire this company has been helping people buy homes for over 60 years across the Northwest, Midlands, and South of England.
They have earned themselves the title of being one of the most responsible and professional developer, providing energy-efficient and sustainable communities.
As the new Office Administrator, you will be using your excellent customer care skills every day to liaise with customers and other professional bodies.
You will be logging any complaints or issues and implementing your problem-solving skills to organise how to fix these issues professionally and within timely manner.
As the successful Office Administrator, you will have worked within the Construction or Property sector previously and therefore have a good understanding of how things work. You'll be expected to deal with KPI's and invoices for any subcontractor work carried out.
The Office Administrator
The Office Administrator will preferably have;
* Previous Construction/ Property Developer experience
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel
* Experience dealing with KPI's
* Financial familiarity with invoices etc
* Excellent customer service
* A confident communicator
* £25,000 - £30,000
* 20 days + bank holidays
* Pension Scheme
