Job title: Office Administrator - Health care sector
Work location: Bushey, Hertfordshire
Working hours: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm
Salary: £10 - £11 per hour
Working terms: first three month contract with possible extension after three months.
Start date: 15th April 2021
Job responsibilities and requirements:
Assisting with office administration issues
General data input
Dealing with customer queries.
The role also entails assigning jobs, scheduling the workload and dealing with any queries from our suppliers.
Providing general administrative support for the wider team
Requirement and Attributes:
Healthcare experiences preferred
Be well organised
Have good customer facing skills
Have good verbal and written skills
Have very strong communication skills
Be pro-active and able to handle a variety of admin tasks
