Based in our Manchester office and reporting to the North America Sales Manager, the Outbound Sales Executive (known internally as Business Development Associate) is money-motivated and will have what it takes to thrive in a fast-paced, targeted tele sales department within the Commercial Real Estate industry. You will be responsible for scheduling business meetings (appointment setting) with key decision makers within the Commercial Real Estate sector across America and Canada. This is an extremely large market which is continuing to grow, meaning if you're money-motivated and eager to make your mark, this is the place to be!

To enhance our global reach, this Business Development Associate position is based in our vibrant Manchester office, with a focus on supporting our dynamic North America business. Your work schedule will be Monday through Friday, from 12pm to 8pm, allowing for exciting opportunities to engage with our international partners and markets.

Key Responsibilities:

* You will adopt a multi-media approach through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn to engage business prospects in conversation regarding their Property Tax expenditure and arrange appointments for the Consulting team to pursue.
* Follow up on leads over the phone and via email, educating and nurturing prospective candidates in order to secure their interest.
* Meaningfully contribute quality, recurring revenue to Altus Group by qualifying opportunities and scheduling client meetings for the appropriate team.
* Build relationships with key decision makers when discussing Altus Group's services.
* Create a pipeline of new business.
* You will have weekly achievable targets. For example: Creating qualified sales appointments for our commercial property consultants to attend.

Key Qualifications:

* Educated to degree level or relevant workplace experience.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills. We are looking for somebody who can think on their feet and engage confidently with our clients.
* Ability to maintain courage and resilience when faced with rejection.
* Consistently have the desire to strike up a conversation with new individuals daily regardless of rejection.
* Ability to network and make new connections.
* Adaptable, resilient and target driven.
* Aptitude to learn and develop new skills.
