Part Time Administrator
Our successful and established client are looking for a part time administrator to cover maternity for 9-12 months.The role involves ensuring all sales orders & quotes are processed correctly and on time and that the Sales Team are supported in all activities. Monday to Friday 9am - 2pm. Salary of £15000.
- Assist with sales activities including answering the phone and fielding sales calls
- Create quotes on Hubspot.
- Process sales orders on CRM System
- Assist with service co-ordination and administration.
- Process customer invoices through the CRM system and customer portals
- Actively communicating and liaising with other internal departments as well as external customers and suppliers when required.
- Manage personal and sales email inboxes
Parking and also close to the station.
