Our prestigious client based in Brighton are looking for a temporary Receptionist/Administrator

You will be covering reception as a second receptionist when other staff have to leave the desk, e.g.: delivering messages, deliveries, assisting covering lunch etc.

 

  • Answering phones and greeting visitors/signing them in.
  • Completion of administrational duties associated with the office, e.g.: post, and filing.
  • Assisting with set up of activities onto the booking system.
  • Inputting calendar events from the booking forms.
  • Ensuring that post is taken and collected to and from the various offices.
  • Assisting with administration tasks
  • Administrational activity support for department heads
  • Assisting the communications team with event preparation
  • Attend and take minutes at meetings when required

Must have a good level of word and excel and very strong communications skills – this position is initially immediate temp but could develop into permanent for the right person.

Hours 9.30am to 17.30 Mondays and Tuesday and then 09.30-15.00 on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
