Senior Process Analyst

To deliver and maintain transformational process improvements that combine people and technology change to support the achievement of strategic goals.
Responsibilities:
* Transform and optimise processes to deliver measurable improvement across the business
* Combine entrepreneurial spirit, creativity and logical thinking to both actively seek opportunities to improve and to find solutions to problems
* Take ownership for the successful end-to-end implementation of process improvements, including engagement with process owners, system owners, and any relevant projects
* Lead process improvement projects or workstreams as required, taking responsibility for management and delivery of the project or workstream in addition to process improvement
* Model existing processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and translating pain points into compelling problem statements
* Define and prioritise target states (e.g. to-be-processes) with key stakeholders that address problem statements, support strategic goals, and make the best combined use of people and technology (both current and emerging)
* Transfer process improvement needs into functional documentation to enable change (e.g. user stories or business requirements)
Experience:
* Proven years experience of delivering measurable process improvements that have combined people and technology change
* Experience of leading process transformation and optimisation projects or workstreams
* Ability to model existing processes, challenge current ways-of-working and define target states (e.g. to-be-processes)
* Ability to blend entrepreneurial spirit, creativity and logical thinking to both actively seek opportunities to improve and to find solutions to problems
