Our client is a dynamic, growing business that specializes in the retail equipment to leading brands and retailers across Europe.
Project management of all the procurement activities to ensure On Time In Full delivery for the on going projects.
Ensure and support team responsiveness and customer service requirements.
Support the team by delivering reports on time, maintaining contact with shippers, processing administrative paperwork e.g. invoices and delivery notes etc.
Assisting with the analysis of tenders, providing a recommendation, monitoring of the project progress.
Provide support for achieving agreed target margins and savings for the company.
Provide support for negotiating supply terms and conditions in line with policies and procedures.
Experience and Attributes:
Fluency in Turkish and English required.
Fully conversant with Microsoft Office packages, in particular Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Able to work on own initiative without supervision
Positive and proactive approach to team working
Excellent planning and organisation skills
Able to work calmly and with attention to detail under pressure
Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality in all work
