Position: Project Administrator
Location: Greater London
Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 per annum
Our clients is looking for a Recruitment Assistant / Admin to support for an established team in Greater London.
Role and Responsibilities
Support the Project Managers through the updating and maintenance of spreadsheets across multiple projects.
Prepare and send out appointments, and follow-up letters to residents.
To keep team updated on status of the jobs.
Keeping policies and procedures up to date.
Extract Information from a tracker in Excel for other teams’ requirements.
Uploading all documents onto Project Management system.
You must also have the ability to work with minimum supervision and hold excellent interpersonal skills
Strong Excel and IT skills
Ambitious and self-motivated
Solid organisation and time-management skills
Good team player and communicator
