Job Title: Project Co-Ordinator - Construction
Location: South East London
Salary: £35,000-£40,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Type: Full-Time, Permanent
As the leader of the Installation Teams, you will hold overall responsibility for managing all loft conversion projects from initiation through to successful completion.
This includes coordinating site activities, overseeing workforce and subcontractor performance, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Scheduling: Assist with planning, scheduling, and execution of construction projects.
* Design Coordination: Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, architects, and internal teams.
* Monitoring Progress: project timelines, budgets, and deliverables using project management tools.
* Variations: Monitor construction progress and report deviations from plans
* Procurement: Manage procurement of materials, labour and services, and track delivery schedules.
* Site Visits/Pre-starts: Organize and participate in project meetings; take notes and follow up on action items
* Compliance: Ensure proper documentation of permits, inspections, and compliance-related paperwork
* Site Management: Oversee site activities, ensure safety, and manage site personnel.
* Client Management: Communicating with clients, managing expectations and ensuring client satisfaction.
Requirements :
* You must have experience within the Loft Conversion background
* Previous hands on building or construction site experience
* Must have a Drivers License and own vehicle
* Preferably local to South East London
* Must have knowledge in the building and loft industry
* Very good organisation skills
The salary on offer is £35,000 to £40,000 per annum, this depends on experience. Bonuses are also on offer based on results.
