An expanding High End Fit Out Contractor is seeking an experienced and ambitious Project Manager to join their tight-knit team in London.
The Company
The successful Project Manager will join a growing company that specialises in the delivery of innovative and unique fit out projects with values ranging from £150K to £800K.
As the Project Manager you will be key in maintaining relationships the company has built with 90% of their repeat clients and continue their reputation for delivering complex designs and high quality solutions for businesses across the UK.
The Project Manager Role
* Reporting to Director
* Running the project from start to completion
* Liaising with Clients and Site Managers
* Programming and Planning
* Project Reporting
* Ensuring high standards of Health and Safety
* Recruiting sub-contractors and specialists
* Create quotes and tender documents for works
* Manage project costs and budgets
Requirements
* 3+ Year's Project Management experience
* High End fit out experience
* Excellent numeracy and communication skills
* Proficiency in Excel
* SMSTS
* CSCS Card
* First Aid
