We're looking for a Proposition Manager to join an industry leading organisation who are currently going through a period of growth due to continued success!

You'd work as part of a team to develop, manage and execute propositions that support key strategic areas within the business.

Key Responsibilities

* To develop a strategy and plan that further enables the wider business strategy, particularly engagement when it comes to plans to grow SME customers, retain existing ones, and increase revenue.
* Design and manage a program of complex initiatives.
* Analyse competitors and market trends - improving customer experience and digital processes.
* Enhance propositions for a competitive edge.
* Act as a Proposition Champion for the wider organisation, collaborating with Marketing for a strong brand presence.
* Create business cases for the Executive Committee, measuring initiative effectiveness and drive engagement metrics.
* Manage key internal and external stakeholders
* Ensure information security and compliance.
