Quality Systems Administrator (Food Manufacturing)


£26,000 - £28,600 (Depending on hours) + £1,000 Bonus + Contributory Pension + 20 days Holiday plus Bank Holidays + Life Insurance + Sick Pay + Wellbeing benefits

Working Hours Options 1 Mondays to Friday (£26,000)
Working Hours Option 2 Tuesday to Saturday (£28,600)

Quality Systems Administrator required for a very successful and market leading food manufacturer. The company are growing and have an excellent reputation.

The successful candidate will come from a strong, administration background; those from a food manufacturing background will be at a strong advantage although this is not essential and all manufacturing backgrounds considered. The successful candidate will have experience managing internal quality systems, audits and you will be confident keeping the groups HACCP systems up to date. You will also have good practical knowledge of BRC Global Standard and/or ISO Quality System.

You will report into the Quality Manager supporting with the reporting of KPIs, but also ensure that the company’s audits, food hygiene standards and practices are all up to date. You will analyse the data collected from the companies’ systems, produce reports and communicate findings to the Quality Manager. You will also be assisting with site maintenance with the HAACP systems.

The Quality Systems Administrator Role:

  • Managing the company’s quality standards.
  • Ensuring sites internal audits are up to date and processed correctly.
  • Ensure health and safety standards are kept up to date.
  • Upkeep of HAACP systems and compliance
  • Days Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday

The Quality Systems Administrator:

  • Strong administration background (Food manufacturing preferred).
  • Confident analysing data and writing reports.
  • Must have previous experience with HAACP systems
  • Must have practical knowledge of BRC Global Standard and/or ISO Quality System.
