Quantity Surveyor

A market-leading Main Contractor in East London are looking to add a talented Quantity Surveyor to their dynamic team.

This Main Contractor has a specialist Residential New Build division which has a strong pipeline of future projects and are in an exciting period of growth & expansion.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will work on a 53-unit design and build project consisting of 3 blocks of 4 and 5 storey concrete frame buildings circa £20m based in Whitechapel.

The Quantity Surveyor

The successful Quantity Surveyor will have:

* Experience working with a Main Contractor
* Experience working on JCT Design & Build Contracts is ideal
* Experience working on residential projects from start to finish
