JOB TITLE: Recruitment Administrator
CONTRACT TYPE: 6 month Contract - possible permanent position afterwards
Our client is a well-established not for profit trust who for over a century have been helping provide the disadvantaged in Lincolnshire a better life. They are now one of the UK's largest organisations in their field employing over 4000 people. Our client is looking for a Resourcer to aid their recruitment team.
The Recruitment/ HR Administrator will be required to:
*THIS IS A HYBRID ROLE - WORK FROM HOME THREE DAYS A WEEK.
*Work as a Resourcer in the recruitment team working alongside Recruitment Consultants.
*Responsible for recruiting suitable candidates for non-management positions.
*Advertise all vacancies.
*Sifting applications, regretting those not suitable and telephone screening shortlisted candidates.
*Briefing candidates on the role expectations, salary and benefits, and career opportunities.
*Provide interview feedback to all candidates.
Our client is looking for a strong Recruitment Administrator candidate with the following skills and experience:
*Proven work experience within a recruitment function.
*Our client would also consider a customer service background.
*You must be comfortable on the phone.
*Good IT skills including Microsoft Office.
*Excellent communication skills.
*Strong organisation skills with a problem-solving attitude.
*GSCE Pass level or equivalent in English and Maths
